Instruction on Making Forest Black Tea

Serving: four guests


 


Things you need for making tea:


 


   Forest Black Tea leaves


   Water


   A kettle


   A teapot


   A measuring cup


   A large cup (porcelain or glass) that can hold 300 ml (i.e., milliliter) of water


   Four small tea cups (porcelain or glass)


 


 


Steps of making tea:


 


1.      Fill the kettle with water. Heat the water until it boils.


 


2.      Pour boiling water into four small tea cups. This step preheats tea cups and will enhance the aroma and flavor of the tea later.


 


3.      Put 3 grams of Forest Black Tea leaves into the teapot.


 


4.      Use the measuring cup to get 150 ml of boiling water. Pour the water into the teapot. Wait for 3 minutes. Pour the tea from the teapot into the large cup, but leave tea leaves in the teapot.


 


5.      Use the measuring cup to get another 150 ml of boiling water. Pour the water into the teapot. Wait for three and a half minutes. Pour the tea from the teapot into the large cup. Discard the tea leaves in the teapot.


 


6.      Empty the water in the four small tea cups.


 


7.      Pour the tea from the large cup into the four small tea cups.


 


8.      Serve the tea to your guests.


 


9.      Repeat steps 1 through 8 to make new tea for your guests.
